Return Shipping Costs

If you exercise your right of withdrawal after your order has been delivered, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. Return shipping costs, including any international shipping charges, customs fees, duties, taxes, or carrier fees associated with the return, remain the responsibility of the customer.

Condition of Returned Items

Customers may inspect products in the same way they would be permitted to in a physical retail store. If returned items show signs of use, damage, wear, alteration, or handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product, S.M. West Store reserves the right to reduce the refund amount to reflect any diminished value.
